Post-review negotiation support
Turn review findings into clear amendment and negotiation requests.
We take the issues already identified, prioritise the buyer's position and engage the relevant seller-side contact to seek workable changes or evidence.
- Built from existing review findings
- Buyer priorities translated into requests
- Responses tracked in writing
Price
Starting at €700 — after a completed document or risk review
Best time to use
After a review identifies material issues and before the buyer accepts the draft, deadline or payment exposure.
You send / you receive
Review report, marked draft, seller correspondence and buyer priorities. → Negotiation plan, written requests, response tracking and outcome summary.
Finding the risk is only useful if the buyer can act on it.
A contract or due-diligence review may identify missing evidence, weak protections or unacceptable obligations. The next challenge is deciding what to request, which points are essential and how to respond when the seller offers a partial change. This service turns an existing review into a controlled negotiation workstream. It is not a substitute for the initial review that identifies the issues.
What we prepare for negotiation
The work starts from the existing findings and the buyer's commercial priorities.
Priority and fallback positions
We separate essential protections from desirable changes and identify which points may allow a practical compromise.
Amendment and evidence requests
We prepare clear requests for contract wording, documents, confirmations, deadlines or conditions that address the identified risk.
Counterparty responses
We review replies and revised drafts to see whether the issue is resolved, partly resolved or shifted elsewhere in the transaction.
Buyer decision record
We keep the buyer informed of accepted, rejected and outstanding points so the final decision is based on the actual negotiated position.
What to send
The existing review must be specific enough to identify the negotiation issues.
- The completed legal, contract or technical review that identified the issues
- Current draft agreement and any marked-up or revised versions
- Correspondence with the seller, agent, lawyer, developer or other counterparty
- The buyer's priorities, deadlines and acceptable fallback positions
What you receive
The output records both the negotiation strategy and the result reached with the other side.
Negotiation plan
A prioritised list of requested changes, supporting reasons and acceptable fallback positions.
Written requests or drafting points
Clear communications or proposed wording directed to the appropriate seller-side contact.
Response analysis
Buyer-side review of counterproposals, revised clauses and documents received during the agreed negotiation round.
Outcome summary
A written record of what changed, what remains unresolved and what decision the buyer now needs to make.
How negotiation support works

Essential conditions, preferred changes and acceptable compromises are agreed.
Engage the other side
Requests are communicated and responses or revised drafts are reviewed within the agreed scope.

Questions buyers ask
Do I need a review before ordering negotiation support?
Yes. The service needs a clear set of findings or a sufficiently specific marked draft. If the underlying issue has not yet been analysed, the appropriate review comes first.
Can you guarantee the seller will accept the changes?
No. The service improves the clarity and control of the buyer's position, but the seller remains free to accept, reject or counter the requests.
Can negotiation include a price reduction?
It can include price or other commercial changes where the buyer instructs us and the request is connected with the identified risk or evidence.
What happens if the other side sends another revised draft?
Revised wording is reviewed within the agreed negotiation scope. A materially new transaction or repeated rounds may require an additional fee.
Move from a list of risks to a controlled negotiation position.
Send the review findings, current draft and correspondence. We will structure the buyer's requests and track the response within an agreed negotiation scope.
