The CPCV (Contrato de Promessa de Compra e Venda) is where most of your money and most of your risk first appear. For a fixed €300, a licensed Portuguese lawyer reviews it and tells you exactly what to fix before you sign.
Why the CPCV is the dangerous moment
By the time you sign the CPCV you usually pay a deposit of 10–30% of the price. After that, the terms are hard to change and the deposit is hard to recover.

How the review works
1. Send the CPCV
Upload or message us your draft contract and any property link.
2. Lawyer review
A Portuguese lawyer reviews it and prepares your findings, usually within 1–2 business days.
3. You act safely
You receive the review, request the fixes, and sign only when it is safe to do so.
